| Our STRIKER lightning units convert AC to DC and
then significantly boost the working voltage. This means our lightning
will fire much more reliably at lower line voltages than previously
possible.
Our DC driven lightning will never miss-sync with your shutter the way any AC lightning will. The constant DC output will not pulse like AC, this mean no double images, and no dropped frames. Said quite simply, what you see is what you get on the film. STRIKERS do not shutdown after being used. They don't overheat even after extended use, and you won't have to stop production for 3 minutes while your lightning cools off. Available in the following sizes:
